Poster Session, March 7, 2008
5:00pm- 6:30pm

Abstracts are due to Colly Mitchell by February 22, 2008.

The poster session and reception will be conducted on the afternoon of March 7. Awards totaling $150 will be presented to the graduate student(s) or post-doc(s) authoring the best poster(s) as judged by the organizing committee.

Abstracts should be in the following format:

- Submit as a Word Document, not a PDF

- Font should be 12 points, Times New Roman

- No more than 300 words or 1600 characters (with no spaces)

- Authors should be listed with full name (example: Jane Doe - not J. Doe)

- Authors should not be listed last name first (examlpe: Doe, Jane or Doe, J.)

- The presenting author should be underlined

- Do not use superscripts when designating affiliation

- Titles should be in "Title Case" meaning all words are capitalized except articles and prepesitions (and, the, is, under)

Please set up your posters between 12:00pm - 1:00pm on March 7, 2007. Posters should be no larger than 4 (h) x 5(w) and they should be displayed hortizontally.
